Origins
At Sizigy, the commitment to authentic taste comes before
profit. The focus is on delivering a real experience—choosing quality over
shortcuts, and creating food that people genuinely enjoy. Sizigy aims to build
long-term relationships with customers, valuing repeat patrons over one-time
sales. The goal is to provide such a memorable taste experience that each
customer returns twenty or even two hundred times, rather than catering to
many customers just once. The company deeply cares about the experience
people have and the feedback they share about their food, striving to make
every meal exceptional.
Story
Sizigy was born in 2021 in a small shop on the seaside of Cyprus Island. From the beginning, the company was built on a commitment to authenticity and quality.
Sizigy started by doing everything in-house, from creating each ingredient to building its customer base.
The company perfected a homemade bun recipe that remains unique to Sizigy and developed fresh, daily-made sauces, ensuring that every meal featured real, high-quality ingredients. Signature dishes like the mushroom burger and caramelized onion burger are elevated by the use of aged cheddar cheese, matured for a minimum of four months, creating rich and distinctive flavors. Additionally, one of Sizigy’s best features is that the patties can have cheese inside of them, offering an extra burst of flavor in every bite. Sizigy’s meals are crafted with love and attention to detail, providing a taste that is real and memorable. In 2022, Sizigy took a significant step forward, officially establishing itself as a company and expanding its reach. Prices for meals started at a minimum of $9 (in cyprus) , reflecting the dedication to premium quality without compromising authenticity. The journey continued with the opening of a luxury dine-in and delivery restaurant in the capital of Cyprus, offering an elevated dining experience. Sizigy also sold two additional franchises within Cyprus, driven by its growing reputation and demand.
